We aspire to become the sustainable collaboration partner for the Dutch Construction Sector, catering to both clients and contractors. By sharing successful experiences and collectively learning from mistakes and significant missteps, we aim to foster a culture of continuous improvement. In addition to customized and standardized games and simulations, we now offer innovative, data-driven concepts. Why reinvent the wheel when you already know what works? We are committed to enhancing the much-needed collaboration and connection between clients and contractors within complex projects and contracts.

Besides our commitment to the Dutch Construction Sector, our passion for Education has long been established. We have built our expertise along two tracks. The first track involves standardized gamified assessments designed to identify the most promising school leaders. The second track comprises exclusive gamified lessons we have developed for secondary school students (VO, MBO). Both tracks have left us wanting more. We aim to support Educating Netherlands in achieving its significant mission while simultaneously challenging students in a contemporary manner through interactive, experiential lessons, also known as gamified lessons.

Over the years, we have dedicated ourselves to developing a wide range of gamified assessments, which have proven unique and engaging according to participant feedback. This has motivated us to continually refine this approach. Our method stands out from other assessments due to the simulated narratives that candidates immerse themselves in, allowing them to shape the story further. Whether stepping into the shoes of a hospital physician, bank director, product specialist, project manager, or engineer for a day, participating in a gamified assessment provides a surprising insight into one's abilities, actions, and behavior. It is now time to transform the assessments we have developed into standardized, gamified assessments, aiming to offer this experience to many more people at an affordable price. But we want to go further. We aim to surprise organizations and job seekers with a gamified assessment tailored to their specific sector, where job seekers and organizations can connect.
